Statement Palm Integration: A soaring, full-height palm tree frames the structure, injecting vertical energy and an organic touch against the modern geometric facade.

Sculpted Monolithic Volumes: Dynamic cantilevered blocks and recessions create an intriguing play of light and shadow throughout the day.
