This Aurae Architects Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Aurae Architects (“Aurae,” “we,” or “us”) and the individual or entity (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) engaging Aurae for design and architectural services. This Agreement governs your use of our services, including consultations, design deliverables, project supervision, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using our Services, or signing any related agreement, proposal, or brief, you agree to be bound by this Agreement, effective as of the earlier of: (a) the date you first use or engage with our Services, or (b) the date any official service engagement is signed.

1. Definitions

1.1 “Authorized Communication Channels” – Email, phone, or client portals through which project coordination and official communication may occur.

1.2 “Deliverables” – Any conceptual plans, blueprints, renderings, 3D models, presentations, or other materials prepared by Aurae as part of the Services.

1.3 “Scope of Work” – The documented project brief, signed proposal, or agreement outlining project goals, timelines, fees, and deliverables.

1.4 “Third-Party Providers” – Any external consultants, contractors, or vendors not employed by Aurae, who may be involved with project execution (e.g., engineers, interior designers, civil contractors).

1.5 “Client Feedback” – Input or requests provided by the Client during the project, used to refine or revise the Deliverables.

1.6 “Confidential Information” – Any non-public information shared by either party, including business details, creative concepts, and proprietary project data.

1.7 “Project Timeline” – The estimated schedule for deliverables and milestones, which may be adjusted based on design revisions, regulatory approvals, or other external dependencies.
